By accessing or using Valeron, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Valeron is a medical bill review and negotiation service. We analyze your medical bills, identify potential errors or overcharges, and work to reduce the amount you owe. Our service is informational and advisory in nature. We do not provide legal or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Valeron. By using our service, you represent that you are a legal resident of the United States and have the legal authority to act on behalf of the billing account in question.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the service or submit fraudulent information.

5. Fees and Payment

Valeron charges a subscription fee as disclosed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Results Not Guaranteed

While we work hard to reduce your medical bills, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary depending on the nature of the bill, the provider, and other factors outside our control. Any savings estimates shown are projections and not guarantees.

7. Privacy

Your use of Valeron is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valeron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
